Admissions Process

A quick and easy process from initial enquiry, to becoming part of the St Mary's family.

Apply for a place at our exceptional school and give your child the best possible start to their educational journey. We have designed our admissions process to be as easy as possible and we will happily guide you every step of the way.

Get in Touch

Tell us a little about your child by filling in the form at the bottom of the contact us page. We will send you a digital copy of our prospectus and our Admissions Team will be in touch to discuss your interest in our school.

Visit Us

Register for a Personal Tour, where you will be able to experience the warmth of St Mary's; see our happy and engaged pupils, speak to our inspirational staff and explore our facilities.

Apply

The first step in our application process is to register your child. Please download and complete the registration form on this page. In addition to submitting your form, we require a non-refundable £75 registration fee. Details of how to pay this can be found on the registration form.

Offering a Place

If your application is successful, we will arrange a taster day for your child and assuming that is a success, send you an offer of a place. This will include a letter specifying your child’s start date, a contract that you will need to sign and return to us, and all the fees information. In addition to returning these documents, you will be asked to pay a refundable £500 deposit. Completing and returning these documents, and paying the deposit, confirms acceptance of your place. A place will be held open for three weeks from the date of the offer letter, after which time it may be offered to another family.

Join Us

Once assessments are complete, paperwork is returned and the registration fee has been paid, we’re ready to welcome you into the St Mary's family.
