Visit to Tiggywinkles

A recent trip to Tiggywinkles..
Year 1 and 2 children recently visited the animal charity Tiggywinkles.
Year 2 Pupil Marin Rainboth tells us all about the experience:
“It was a lovely journey to Tiggywinkles. Year 2 and Year 1 were going to Tiggywinkles because St Mary’s supports Tiggywinkles.
I really liked one of the tortoises called Timmy. Timmy is a girl. Hedgehogs are hurt by cars, garden forks and badgers. All the hurt wild animals are looked after at Tiggywinkles.
I think that the most hurt animal was a fox who has three legs 😞. We all had a fun time.”
