Registration and Acceptance of a Place

Registration

Early registration is recommended.  Registrations will be considered in the order they are received.  Offers of places are subject to availability and the admission requirements of the School at the time offers are made.  A copy of the current edition of the Terms and Conditions will be supplied on request.

A non-returnable registration fee of £50 is required along with completion of our registration form.

Acceptance of a Place

Formal written offers will be sent out, following receipt of the registration form and a place being available. In order to accept the place offered please:

Complete the Acceptance Form noting that two signatures are required 

1. Detach and retain the St. Mary’s School Terms and Conditions for your files
2. Return the enclosed Acceptance Form, along with the required £500.00 deposit.
3. Post the Acceptance Form to the school to ensure that it reaches by the required date, as stated in the letter.

The place will be held open for a period of 3 weeks from letter’s date after which it may be offered to another family.

Pre-admission Experience Session

It is important that child has the opportunity to experience a school session, prior to his/her formal commencement.  This will be arranged at the time of offering a place.
